● The machine provides fully automatic operation throughout the entire production process, including: cup stacking → cup feeding → cup pick-up → no-cup detection → static elimination → dust removal → cup UV sterilization / high-intensity pulsed-light sterilization / dry hydrogen peroxide sterilization (ultra-clean) → jam filling / fruit-piece filling → dynamic mixing → product filling → film feeding → coding → film UV sterilization / high-intensity pulsed-light sterilization → printed film registration → heat sealing → cutting → waste film rewinding → leak detection and rejection → online inkjet coding → lid application → cup discharge. Multiple discharge and secondary-packaging configurations are available, including: pneumatic cup discharge (opening upward), servo-controlled cup discharge (opening upward), inverted cup discharge (opening downward), automatic loading into plastic trays, paper trays, cartons or plastic crates, as well as alternating upright/inverted carton packing to reduce overall packaging volume. The machine can also be equipped with a laminar flow hood, safety enclosure, safety-door interlock, remote control system, CIP, COP and SOP systems. Functions can be added or removed according to specific production requirements.
