Purpose

As a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Provincial Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Yuedong Tech ("the Company") recognizes intellectual property ("IP") as a critical component of its core competitiveness. To protect the Company's technological innovations and maintain its competitive advantage in domestic and international markets, this Intellectual Property Policy is hereby established.

Scope

This policy applies to all intellectual property assets of the Company, including but not limited to:
  • Patent Rights (330 patents, including over 30 invention patents)
  • Trademark Rights (Provincial Famous Trademark)
  • Technical Know-How and Proprietary Technology
  • Software Copyrights
  • Rights in National and Enterprise Standards Development
  • Product Design Rights
