Intellectual Property Protection Policy

As a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Provincial Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Yuedong Tech ("the Company") recognizes intellectual property ("IP") as a critical component of its core competitiveness. To protect the Company's technological innovations and maintain its competitive advantage in domestic and international markets, this Intellectual Property Policy is hereby established.

This policy applies to all intellectual property assets of the Company, including but not limited to:

• Patent Rights (330 patents, including over 30 invention patents)
• Trademark Rights (Provincial Famous Trademark)
• Technical Know-How and Proprietary Technology
• Software Copyrights
• Rights in National and Enterprise Standards Development
• Product Design Rights
• Technical Documentation and Drawings

• Establish a comprehensive IP management system with a dedicated IP department.
• Ensure continuous technological innovation with an annual R&D investment of no less than 5% of sales revenue.
• Implement a three-phase management process of "R&D-Evaluation-Protection" for all new technological achievements.
• Conduct patent searches and infringement risk assessments for all R&D projects.

• Timely file patent applications for eligible technological innovations.
• Establish a tiered patent management system for prioritized protection of core patents.
• Regularly evaluate patent validity and maintain the protection of core patents.
• File international patent applications covering major target markets.

• Transform patented technologies into commercial products, promoting the industrialization of over 330 patents.
• Enhance product competitiveness through technological innovation, maintaining the annual launch of high-tech new products.
• Participate in the development of 1 National Standard and 7 Enterprise Standards, guiding industry technological advancement.

• Actively participate in the development of national and industry standards.
• Incorporate proprietary technologies into the Company's standard system.
• Enhance industry influence and authority through standardization efforts.

• Establish a multi-layered IP protection system.
• Adopt a combined "Patent + Trade Secret" protection strategy for core technologies.
• Execute confidentiality and non-compete agreements with employees.
• Include IP protection clauses in agreements with suppliers and partners.

• Implement market monitoring mechanisms to promptly identify infringing activities.
• Adopt a zero-tolerance stance towards infringement and enforce rights in accordance with the law.
• Establish long-term partnerships with specialized IP law firms.
• Participate in IP protection collaboration mechanisms within industry associations.

• Develop an IP strategy in key export countries (103 countries).
• Seek international patent protection through pathways such as the PCT.
• Strengthen localized IP protection in 8 key countries with branch offices.

• Comply with international IP conventions and the laws of various countries.
• Establish an IP compliance review mechanism for export products.
• Conduct IP due diligence on international partners.

• Conduct regular training on IP laws and regulations.
• Enhance IP protection awareness among all employees.
• Cultivate professional IP management talent.

• Annually evaluate the effectiveness of the IP policy.
• Timely revise the policy based on legal changes and Company development needs.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the IP management system.

This policy shall take effect upon issuance and shall be interpreted and implemented by the Company's Intellectual Property Department.
